Your training sessions will take place in a calm, motivational environment intnetded to make you feel comfortable pushing your current fitness levels and expectations. This is not a pump up class or ego trip drill sergeant type of scenario, it's my guide to design a blueprint that will get you from where you are now to where you would like to be with your health and enjoyment of paramount importance throughout out time working together.

During the course of my ten year career in fitness I have have the prividedge of working with hundreds of individuals on a one on one basis, all of whom have had a unique perspective and history with regards to fitness. It's beeen my passion to decode the unique set of varables that will get everyone one of them to the successful completion of their health and fitness goals.

I've worked with everyone from oscar winning actors, paralympians and everyone in between. It doesn't matter to me whether you are a leading lady or you just want to feel that little bit fitter kicking the ball around with your children. As long as you are determined to achieve your goal, turn up to training sessions with a smile on your face and the will to work hard, I'm in!

I feel the frustrations of my clients because I've had  long journey to get to my ideal weight and bod shape myself, it hasn't always been easy for me. 

 Before I enetered the fitness industry I was frustrated with the way I looked in the mirror, I told over and over that I just didnt have the body type to achieve my goals. I made it my mission to unlock my body's potential and in that quest I've accumalated so much knowledge and experience that I've helped people of all shapes and sizes achieve things they were beginning to think were impossible. This success has seen me work at the highest level within my field and earn a reputation as one of the Uk's leading fitness experts.

Where Shall We Train?

We Can Train in your own home, a local park or exclusively at the Double Tree Hotel Victoria

Studio
I have the exclusive opportunity to offer personal training sessions from the Double Tree Hotel in Victoria, situated less than one minute walk from London Victoria train station.
Date
Training 2-3  times per week is optimal for fast results. 
Venue
Training sessions can also take place in your own home Across London & Buckinghamshire. 
Training Plan
You will recieve a fully customied workout plan to work with in your own time to supplement your personal training sessions
Availability
Training sessions are available 6am-9pm Mon-Fri.
Misc
Training sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
