I offer one to one and group personal training services across London (Maida Vale, Battersea, Victoria, Kensignton) & Buckinghamshire (Gerrard's Cross, Becconsfield & iver).

I create a calm, encouraging environment for you to train in. Don't worry I'm not a drill sergeant nor a 'pump you up' guy. I've built my reputation by offering a highly individualised approach to personal training. I will learn what motivates you and what is likely to hold you back. Together we will determine the blueprint for getting you to your personal goal. Once we have that, all we need to do is carry it out.

Before I enetered the fitness industry I was frustrated with the way I looked in the mirror, I was even told I just didnt have the body type to achieve my goals. I made it my mission to unlock my body's potential and in that quest I've accumalated so much knowledge and experience that I've helped people of all shapes and sizes achieve things they were beginning to think were impossible.

Where Shall We Train? 

We Can Work At My Training Facility Located Within Pinewood Studios Or If You Would Prefer I'll Come To You

My state of the art training studio is located at Pinewood Studios, Iver. Just ask for KL Fitness at the gate. 
Expect to train 2-3 times per week for optimial results .
Training sessions can also take place in your own home Across London & Buckinghamshire. 
Training Plan
You will recieve a weekly training plan to complete when you are not with me. 
Training sessions are available 6am-9pm Mon-Fri.
Training sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
