#7 – Performance Mindset & The Mental Health Effects Of Severe Concussion With Olympian, Rowan Cheshire

Hey guys,

I’ve got a great episode for you today, as I interview Olympic Freestyle Skier Rowan Cheshire.

Alongside her sporting career Rowan is also a personal Fitness Trainer and entrepreneur.

I sit with Rowan to talk about life as an athlete, her origins in the sport, her training and nutrition program and her hopes and dreams for the future.

We discuss the knockbacks she has faced and overcome, most notably several serious concussions which led to a slew of further issues including Depression and anxiety.

Through her honesty and openness, Rowan is now using her knowledge to inspire and motivate others to better themselves to achieve not only a better physical wellbeing, but also improved mental health.
