I helped Lyn establish new healthy habits around food and exercise as part of a new chapter in her life when she moved to Los Angeles. This involved a workout regime which combines strength training, HIIT cardio and lighter steady-state cardio. Lyn achieved a considerable reduction in body fat, but perhaps the most impressive part of her achievement is that she was able to do so with the context of not just moving home, but moving country which are events that are known to knock people off of their health & fitness regime, often for weeks and months.
