- I'll prepare for our call using the information you've provided to ensure it's as strategic and efficient as it can be
Note: There is no obligation to move forward after the call. If we decide we’re not a great fit, I’ll give you a recommendation on how I think you should move forward. Should we decide to proceed, we’ll agree on a start date, and I’ll begin work on your personalised fitness plan.

How do I book my call?
You can request your fitness consultation here. You’ll be asked to answer a short set of questions that will give me excellent context for what you would like to achieve, offering me plenty of context for our call.
Once I receive your request, I’ll review your circumstances and, as long as I think I can help, I’ll send you a booking link to schedule your call within 24-48 hours.
What happens once the call is booked?
Once your call is booked, I’ll send you a confirmation email, and the call will be synced up on my calendar. You will be sent an SMS reminder 30 minutes before the call if you leave your telephone number.
Is there any cost or obligation to this call?
There is absolutely no obligation to move forward with fitness coaching or any other purchase after the call.
There is also no fee for the call. The objective is to determine whether my online personal training service will be a good fit for your fitness goals.
The second objective is to form a potential strategy which would allow you to achieve your fitness goals.
This helps reduce uncertainty on your side as you’ll know exactly how I believe we should approach your goals.
So by the end of the call, you’ll be in an excellent position to decide whether you would like my help implementing the strategy as your virtual personal trainer.
Will it be a phone or video call?
You can choose to simply leave your phone number and I will call you on it, alternatively you can set up a video call using Zoom or Google meet. No account is needed for Google Meet, you’ll just click a link on a browser and it’ll open a video call.
How long will the call be?
I set aside 30 minutes for our call so that we’re not rushed. However, it often only takes around half that to outline your goals and confirm whether we would be a good fit working together.
Can I reschedule my call if something comes up?
Absolutely. You will be able to reschedule your call on the booking link if you can’t make the initial booking.
Who will I be speaking with?
You will be speaking with me (Scott) directly, no salespeople. No team members. This is a very personalised fitness service and you’ll maintain this 1:1 interaction with me throughout your entire time on your program.
Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
There is no pressure to prepare any materials for the call. The consultation process itself gathers enough information for me to determine how I can help.
Ultimately, it’s an informal call. All you need to arrive with is your fitness goals, and we’ll discuss the best strategy for achieving them.
What happens after the call?
After your call, I’ll write you a follow-up email breaking down the fitness strategy we’ve outlined. This way, you’ll have a clear strategy regarding what I believe you should do to achieve your goals.
If you confirm you’d like to move forward during our call, this email will include a payment link and a confirmed start date.
If you would like to take some time to decide whether you’ll move forward or not, we’ll have an open chain of communication through which you can send any follow-up questions.
