We'll outline your optimal strategy

There are many routes to the same goal. We’ll discuss which route is going to be best for you. Taking into account your schedule, preferences, fitness and level of stress coming into the program. This is where you’ll start to get a feel for just how manageable achieving your goal might be…

We'll Set a timeframe for achievement

Equipped with all the details, and a plan of action, we’ll be in a position to set timeframes around what you would like to achieve, in a way where we don’t have to do anything restrictive. Then all we need to do is get started and implement the plan.

How do I book my call?

You can schedule your call here. You’ll be taken to a short set of questions that will give me context for the call. You’ll then be shown my call availability and be able to book your call at a convenient time for you.

You’ll be shown call times in your local timezone and my booking software will automatically sync our calendars should we be in different regions.

Once your call is booked, I’ll send you a confirmation email and the call will be synced up on my calendar. You will be sent an SMS reminder 30 minutes before the call if you leave your telephone number.

There is absolutely no obligation to move forward with any purchase after the call.

There is also no fee for the call. The objective is to determine whether my coaching services would be a mutually good fit.

The second objective is to form a potential strategy which would allow you to achieve your fitness goals. 

This helps reduce uncertainty on your side as you’ll know exactly how I believe we should approach your goals.

So by the end of the call, you’ll be in an excellent position to decide whether you would like my help implementing the strategy.

You can choose to simply leave your phone number and I will call you on it, alternatively you can set up a video call using Zoom or Google meet. No account is needed for Google Meet, you’ll just click a link on a browser and it’ll open a video call.

I set aside 20-30 minutes for our call so that we’re not rushed, however, it often only takes around half that to outline your goals and confirm whether we would be a good fit working together.

Absolutely. You will be able to reschedule your call on the booking link if you can’t make the initial booking.

You will be speaking with me (Scott) directly, no salespeople. No team members.

There is no pressure to prepare any materials for the call. You will be sent some questions prior to booking so that will give us a great place to start.

It’s an informal call, all you need to arrive with is your goals and we’ll discuss how you can go about achieving them. 

After your call, I’ll write you a follow-up email breaking down the strategy we’ve outlined. This way you’ll have a clear strategy regarding what I believe you should do to achieve your goals.

If you confirm you’d like to move forward during our call, this email will include a payment link and a confirmed start date.

If you would like to take some time to decide whether you’ll move forward or not, we’ll have an open chain of communication through which you can send any follow up questions.
