Our work has been featured in leading fitness industry publications and international media outlets, helping us reach millions of people worldwide with our non-restrictive, mindset-focused approach to health and fitness.
From in-depth features exploring our methodology, bite-sized tips, commentary on trending fitness topics to round up lists recognising Scott among the world’s top fitness trainers.
The coverage reflects our impact on not just the practical side of exercise, but also how people think about fitness. As a health & fitness contributor to The Telegraph since 2015, Scott has brought his philosophy to readers across the globe through expert commentary and practical guidance on popular fitness goals.
Highlighted here is some of the first media recognition we ever received for our online personal training service (and the results we were getting) back in 2015. Which was at the time one of the few pioneering online fitness coaching options.
We were one of the first to offer a fully custom workout program and meal plan built specifically for you by a personal trainer and nutritionist, with whom you would maintain personal communication as a consistent point of contact.
Over a decade later, amongst tens of thousands of online personal trainers and virtual fitness programs available worldwide, our flagship 12-week online personal training program continues to be considered as one of the best in its class.
Whilst in 2025 our focus is on delivering fitness online coaching, this wasn’t how we started out. Scott first qualified as a Level 3 personal trainer with Premier Global NASM back in 2008. And delivered over 10,000 in-person training sessions in London, Monaco & Hollywood, California before ever thinking about taking his training service digital.
Scott was recognised alongside excellent company, as one of the U.K.’s top personal trainers by HFE, the U.K.’s leading fitness industry training provider.
Here’s what they had to say:
“Scott Laidler is a highly respected exercise professional with a diverse and varied skillset. With over 10 years’ experience in the sector, he wears many hats, including but not limited to celebrity personal trainer, corporate wellness consultant, fitness writer, and online personal trainer”
