Personalised fitness gets results
Below are some examples of the messages I receive daily on my online fitness app from clients who are following one of my personalised training plans. My goal is always to deliver fitness results you can keep, but within that, there are many different fitness goals to pursue. For many of my busiest clients the focus is on lifestyle modification. This is a fancy way of saying, I help them self-prioritise and form habits around exerciseΒ and of course offer nutrition guidance while holding them accountable to change.
For others, they are seeking an impressive body transformation, so we measure our success on composition analysis, building muscle and losing body fat. And for a few, it’s about better physical conditioning for their sport or hobby.Β
