To ensure that I can personally get behind your fitness goals and vouch for your results it’s crucial that we discuss what online personal training would look like for you. Once I understand the motivation behind your goals and your any challenges you face in pursuing them, I’ll be in a far better position to help facilitate your success. This is a very interactive coaching service so we’ll be in close contact, perhaps even daily contact for the next 8 weeks, so it’s in both of our interests to make sure we align well on a strategy for your goals and feel that we’re a great mutual fit for coaching.

Typically speaking, those that are in the best position to succeed with me are those who are looking for a permanent solution to their health & fitness challenges. This will require a willingness to work in a moderate, maintainable way, resisting short-term fixes and restrictions, While this may seem like a slower path, counter-intuitively it’s the only path that leads to sustainable results. Flagship online personal training service

My online coaching service is like having your own fitness blueprint architected for your body and your goals, and then having dedicated  accountability from an expert personal trainer to help you implement the strategy and stay motivated throughout the program.

I’ll build a tailored workout plan for you. Based on a unique 28-step process of personalisation I’ve developed over the last 14 years working as a personal trainer. The process covers everything from your age and body type to your individual lifestyle and circumstances. Essentially if guesswork and not knowing what to do has been your major challenge, then I will guarantee your success on the program if you follow it to 80%. The program will have been tailored to you in entirety, effectively meaning that all guesswork has been removed, if there program is implemented, it will be certainty that you’ll see results.

This personal training course also positions me as your virtual personal trainer, holding you accountable to the structure of the program ensuring that you stay motivated, consistent with exercise and on track. Which is perfect if accountability has been a challenge in the past and you’d benefit from having an online pt in your corner. This service is aimed at a long-term solution on your fitness journey as it perfectly combines self-efficacy and accountability, equipping you with everything you’ll need to maintain your results long into the future.

The standard of professionalism under which this program is delivered could be considered the point at which concierge service meets online fitness coaching. I allocate daily time and resources for adaptations and iterations meaning that as you travel and your circumstances change, so too will your program. Meaning we will always arrive at a winning strategy no matter how chaotic life gets. You’ll also be able to send my nutritionist restaurant menus as you eat out to help you make healthy food choices on the go.

Summary: This tier of coaching is best if you want to take all decision-making out of health and fitness or have had your progress de-railed by travel and logistics in the past.

Signature workout programs

My signature online workout programs are built on the success of my custom workout plans, in that I keep comprehensive notes on the best workouts and strategies to achieve specific fitness goals as experienced by my online personal training clients. Allowing me to build and refine proven fitness programs that solve a specific challenge in a comprehensive and predictable way.

The main differences between the two services is that the signature programs are firstly that they are more fixed in nature. They work as designed in a particular capacity but do not ebb and flow with you to as the more custom online personal training service does. By which I mean that throughout a program you may be required to maintain gym access, or complete three 30-minutes workouts for example so you’ll need to know that broadly you can maintain this structure throughout the duration of the program, at least to 80% implementation. 

The other important distinction is that the fixed and predictable nature of the program means that it can be completed in both a self-led manner or with the help of a dedicated accountability coach, who will hold you accountable to the planned structure of the program to help keep you engaged and motivated.

Summary: The signature programs can offer more cost-effective solution to your fitness challenges without compromising efficacy. They are more fixed in nature than online personal training so if you’re schedule and location changes frequently at short notice it may be better to have a fully custom training plan.

No, because each program is created on a tailor-made basis I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you. Where you do not have gym access and are in need of some pieces of equipment to achieve your goal, I will make those recommendations.

As this is an online service I’m not in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise that you get in-person advice on any injuries or contraindications before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of my service. To be clear, although my training programs contribute toward improved health they are not intended as a replacement for personalised medical advice. However, if you have the green light for exercise from your medical professionals, understand the nature of any ailment, injury or medical condition you face and need a coach who will work with you to personalise your regime accordingly, you are in the right place.

This is a very international service. I’ve successfully trained clients in 54 countries. At any one time, my clients are fairly evenly distributed between the USA, U.K, the Middle East and Australasia. I’m able to work in the metric or imperial measuring system depending on your preference.

Absolutely, I believe it’s important to commit to an initial program with a deadline and clear goals to begin our coaching relationship as I’ve found this boosts motivation and allows us to view our initial program as a stand-alone project with clear deadlines and objectives.

After 8-weeks, if we’ve had a productive working relationship throughout your program, I’ll extend an invitation to continue coaching on a month-to-month basis at a lower monthly rate of £149 which can be cancelled at any time.

I started my career an in-person fitness trainer. Actually this is how I spent the first 10 years of my career, having become a qualified personal trainer with Premier Global NASM, which is endorsed by active IQ.

Back then as a certified personal trainer, you worked in person only, often starting your career gym instructing and then learning to work more comprehensively adapting a training program for potential clients with personalized workouts calibrated to the appropriate fitness level.

There was no such thing as an online personal training course, in terms of an academic course you could take to become qualified to train people online. I started work as an online fitness coach to meet real-world requests from my in-person clientele as they travelled the world to meet media obligations. They often needed a training session they could complete on their own while they were away. This worked really well and as a result, I decided to open the service up to a global audience. In the decade I spent working as an in-person fitness professional, I delivered over 10,000 training sessions, to people from all walks of life and have consistently delivered results, leading to this service being considered amongst the best in it’s class.

In my early career, I worked as a personal trainer in London, operating in various gyms and running outdoor boot camp-style group classes in local parks. Over time my results began to get noticed and I was invited to Hollywood to work with a high profile client in the TV & Film Business. Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to train clients all over the world.

This led to me writing for numerous news, health, and fitness publications, as well as a number of TV appearances as a health expert discussing everything from strength training to improving body composition and setting up a winning mindset to achieve any fitness goal.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work on big-budget Hollywood film productions where I’m tasked with getting the cast in shape for their movie roles. Now, aside from a few special requests, I work solely with my online PT client base.

There are two support options to choose from when embarking on one of my signature workout programs: 

Self-Led: Each program is designed to be easy to follow and comes with the pre-requisite tools and educational material to allow you to thrive in the program. If guesswork and structure have been your biggest challenge this may well be more than enough, the programs are proven to work. So the question you must answer is whether you will implement the program consistently without dedicated support.

Although our self-led programs are intended to be an autonomous experience, our team will still be on hand to answer any specific questions you have about the program via email, on which you can expect a 24-48 hour response time.

Accountability Coaching: If being held accountable or staying motivated has proven a significant challenge, having the support of a dedicated coach could help you bridge the gap between starting out and achieving your consistent cruising altitude. You’ll be held accountable to your intention to implement the program successfully and your coach will always be on hand for help and support. Accountability coaching will be offered via instant messaging with the fitness app the program is delivered on.

My accountability coaching service is highly personalised. You’ll have dedicated support as you’ll have a 1-2-1 relationship with your coach.  and will be able to be in contact daily. However, If you’re looking for a fully personalised training regime that can ebb and weave as your travel or as your circumstances change, or have unique fitness goals, you might benefit more from working with me via my flagship online personal training service. On which I can design a workout program specifically tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Once you purchase a program, you will receive immediate access to the accompanying program materials. These include detailed workout plans, advice on how to eat for your fitness goals, and building a positive mindset for fitness. All of these are delivered in a digital format on our iOS/Android training app that you can access from anywhere at any time.

While my online fitness programs are effective and have been meticulously designed to deliver results, due to their preset nature, they do have certain prerequisites and limitations.

For example, you’ll need to be able to commit to training at a specific frequency per week, have access to a gym or certain equipment, and meet certain fitness criteria at the start of the program. Also, these programs are well-established and predetermined from the time you start, and can’t be fundamentally altered during their course.

This contrasts with my Online Personal Training service, which is entirely customised to you and open to multiple iterations over time. This flexibility allows us to adapt to changing circumstances or accommodate frequent travel.

Secondly, my Online Personal Training service offers a level of personal attention that is beyond what’s included in these programs. This service, which I coach personally, is limited in availability to ensure that I can dedicate optimal time to my clients. I make myself available to my Online Personal Training clients daily via instant messaging and provide support calls whenever required.

In contrast, while these training programs do provide a high level of support, it is done via instant messaging and video messaging.

Self-led

With the self-led version of the workout programs, the intention is that your major challenge has been guesswork or second-guessing a workout regime that doesn’t quite feel like it’s working for you. These workout programs are proven, as they are built only from what has successfully worked best in practice with my online personal training clients. 

By starting out on a self-led program you are essentially confirming that if you have an effective program, you’ll carry it out consistently, and as such you can expect your desired results if you maintain a compliance rate of 80%.

Accountability Coaching

The big difference with accountability coaching is that you’ll be tackling the program with the help of a dedicated accountability coach who will both proactively watch over your activity to ensure it’s taking place and respond to any challenges or concerns you have that may inhibit your chances of carrying out the program as intended. Accountability coaching is intended to solve the issues of being held accountable and having proper support and motivation from a fitness professional.

What is a good meal plan?

A good meal plan from our perspective is one that has been fully considered to both help you get results with your workouts and contribute toward better health. This means the meal plan should be balanced in content, not just focusing on calories in an out, but also proper macronutrient distribution ensuring you get enough protein, carbohydrate and healthy fat.

Your meal plan should also match your fitness goal. Meaning that where you want to see an increase in muscle mass, achieve weight loss or help fuel your workout it should be perfectly calibrated to help you do so. Without this, your workouts may be very fun and engaging but ultimately if it is a change in weight or body composition you seek your nutrition simply must match your training or you could end up in a situation where despite your hard work, it is mathematically impossible to achieve your goals because of how you’re eating.

Absolutely, we recognise how challenging it is to do meal planning on your own. Our resident nutritionist Dr Katie Turianytsia will create a full fitness meal plan for you removing all guesswork from the process. 

The meal plan is built for you on a completely custom basis meaning that it’s built to your preferences and fitness goals. If you enjoy cooking we can make every meal in your plan different or we can create simple 7 day meal plan options that lend themselves to meal prepping.

An example might be that if in the early stages of your onboarding process, you tell us that you have a nut alergy, you will never see peanut butter or any nut butter included on your meal plan. The same would go for gluten for example, we aren’t going to be recommending that you go out and buy wholegrain bread to make wholegrain toast. Essentially your recommended meals will always represent the kind of food you would like to see on your meal plan but be calibrated to help you achieve your fitness goals.

There are a number of results you can expect to see from your meal plan. The first is going to be the removal of stress and guesswork with your meal prep. Many people also notice significant improvements in their energy levels because caloric intake has been optimised to fuel their workouts and help them recover from them. 

This is very important because whether your goals are building muscle, or seeing a change in body weight it needs to be fuelled properly, eating too little is one of the biggest mistakes made in the pursuit of all fitness goals, including weight loss.

Another common benefit our clients experience from our meal plans is an improvement in digestive health with far fewer instances of discomfort and better motility. This is owing to the fact that by following our meal plans you’ll be able to vouch for the quality of each ingredient in your meals and we won’t be including artificial ingredients that are known to have deleterious effects on health.

Because our meal plans are built by a dedicated nutritionist, Dr Katie Turianytsia they often differ in quality and depth of nutrient consideration when compared to what you might expect from a personal trainer meal plan.

Another big difference is that we work in a way that is intended to help you make lasting habit change. This means that we’re not going to build what could be considered a ‘diet plan’ because we just don’t believe dieting works. It’s an example of short-term thinking and betrays an all-or-nothing mindset, and that’s not a part of our methodology.

A further difference is that we have enjoyed better client success with a focus on a 24-hour view of what you are eating in a day, which is a deviation from sports nutrition methodology which might focus more heavily on pre and post-workout nutrition and rigid meal timing. This helps reduce stress around food timing and creates a level of flexibility that will be more maintainable in the long run. Meal Plan as part of online personal training

A full meal plan and support from Dr Katie Turianytsia are included as standard as part of my online personal training service. This offers a full package that covers a custom workout program, meal plan design and full accountability coaching.

This service is offered for £649 for an 8-week training program, with lower monthly fees for continuation options offered thereafter. To start the process of joining this program, please schedule a consultation with me. 

Meal plan-only service

We also offer a meal plan-only service for those who are following exercise programs elsewhere or simply want to approach their goals from a nutritional perspective. Custom meal plans are offered at a rate of £129 for each 30-day meal plan.

Our 30-day meal plan only service is offered on a self-led basis. However, it does come with nutritional guidelines that educate on how to avoid foods that may not be in your best interest to eat. For example, processed food, and foods that have added sugar and saturated fats from poor sources.

However, our online personal training service offers comprehensive support and accountability throughout the coaching process.

Yes, we work with many vegetarian and vegan clients very successfully. It’s important to note that many fitness goals (e.g. muscle gain) will require a significant protein intake to achieve. Logistically we often recommend that we include protein powder in your meal plan. Of course, this will not be whey protein which would be a by-product of the dairy-making process, we would suggest plant-based alternatives which could be added to certain meals or made into a protein shake.

Without an adequate protein intake, you will have a sub-optimal nutritional profile, hampering your ability to recover from your exercise sessions and it would be difficult for us to vouch for your success under these circumstances.
