Why Scott?

Scott has worked in the health and fitness industry for a decade at the very highest level. His experience includes delivering training services in three continents, and working with clients from all over the world ranging from military service personnel, paralympic athletes, to the highest level of Hollywood actors. Scott has recently been working with Oscar winning performers to prepare for their film roles. Widely recognised as a leader in the field of exercise Scott now holds a weekly column with The Telegraph newspaper and a blog at the Huffington post.
