On my first episode of the podcast, I was fortunate enough to be joined by Professor Greg Whyte OBE.

Greg is a former Olympian having represented Great Britain in the modern pentathlon. Greg was awarded an OBE in 2014 for his services to sport, sport science and charity.

As an active ambassador for Sport Relief, Greg has guided numerous celebrities to seemingly super-man feats of endurance, without any previous sporting background. Having worked with numerous television personalities including Davina Mccall,  John Bishop, James Cracknell, Cheryl Tweedy, Gary Barlow and perhaps most noticeably preparing David Walliams for his Channel swim and Eddie Izzard to his momentous marathon challenge in which he was able to run an amazing 43 marathons in 51 days.

If you are interested in looking back and seeing the commitment and hard work that goes into sport relief challenges, check out these documentaries on youtube:

During our conversation, Greg and I talk about how we can push outside our comfort zone and Greg shares his insights into how we too can achieve the impossible and what it’s going to take!
